How to reach the editorial team

The fastest route to the ML Info editorial desk is email. Send a message to editor at morethanonelesson dot com, replacing the words with the usual symbols. We ask for the domain in that written form because plain-text mailto links attract more spam than we can process. Include as much detail as you can about the article you are writing about, the section you are referring to, and any specific factual point you would like us to look at.

Responses arrive within three working days for most enquiries. Corrections take priority in the queue; press and general messages sit behind them. If your enquiry is time-sensitive, please say so in the subject line and we will do our best to respond faster.

Corrections and factual errors

If you have spotted a factual error in one of our articles, please tell us. Include the article title, the paragraph in question, and, ideally, a source we can cross-check. Corrections are made promptly. Where the change is material, we add a dated note at the bottom of the article explaining what changed and when.

We do not accept requests to remove content on the basis that it is uncomplimentary about an operator, unless the request identifies a specific factual error we can verify. Editorial coverage of an operator’s market position, complaint history or marketing patterns is legitimate journalism and is not defamatory when it is accurate.

Press and media enquiries

Journalists working on stories that touch on the offshore gambling market, UK affordability-check reform, GamStop coverage or offshore-licence regimes are welcome to get in touch. Rebecca Ashcroft is happy to speak on the record about editorial approach, market structure, and consumer-protection questions. We do not comment on individual operators outside our published coverage.

For attribution, please use “Rebecca Ashcroft, Consumer Editor, ML Info”. Where a quote is used verbatim, we ask for sight of the quote in context before publication as a matter of accuracy. This is a request, not a condition of comment.

What we cannot help with

ML Info is not a customer-support service for any casino. We cannot process withdrawals, reopen closed accounts, apply bonuses, adjust KYC checks or contact operators on your behalf. If you are in a payout dispute with an operator, the correct channels are the operator’s own complaints team, the offshore regulator that issued its licence, and where appropriate your card issuer or bank.

We are also not a source of gambling advice. Whether or not to deposit is a decision for you. Our editorial position is that any deposit at an offshore-licensed operator should be a sum you can genuinely afford to lose. If gambling is causing harm, UK support resources are named on our responsible-gambling page. GamCare’s National Gambling Helpline is 0808 8020 133.
